Will a high bounce rate of exit links have a negative impact on SEO?

I have some backlinks with click-through rates, but the visitors are exiting immediately. The average session duration is 3 - 5 seconds. As a result, the links are being clicked but the high bounce rate is affecting negatively. Should I delete them or keep them? What do you recommend?
