How to Use Sequel Pro on Windows? How to Install it on MAMP?

Hello, can Sequel Pro not be installed on Windows? Is it only usable on the server? If so, how can I install it for localhost with MAMP? I couldn't find clear information online, so I'm confused. They have detailed guides for macOS setup, but it's a different story for Windows.
