AMD Software doesn't open.

Friends, I watched Unlost's video on increasing FPS and followed his instructions. However, after updating the driver from Device Manager, AMD Software stopped opening. So, I reinstalled AMD Software from scratch, but it got stuck at 42% during the installation process. Most likely, I downloaded the wrong driver from Device Manager. How can I solve this issue? My internet connection is fine.
