Would there be a problem if the files belonging to Corsair in the registry are deleted?

Hello friends, I have a Corsair liquid cooler. I noticed that my liquid cooler is not working properly and for convenience, I installed the Corsair Link 4 and iCUE software. Since I do not have the necessary device, I uninstalled them and also took steps to clean the data from Regedit. I have come across data named "corsairsiusbxp.inf_amd64_901a592a5fd8b1a2" and oem21.inf (corsairsiusbxp.inf_amd64_901a592a5fd8b1a2) that I am not familiar with. Are these related to my liquid cooler? Will my cooler not work properly if I delete them from Regedit or is it safe to delete them? For those friends who will ask why I deleted them, let me just say in advance that I have a cleanliness obsession.
