Will there be a problem with my AdSense account if I do not make a transfer of money?

Hello friends. I work as a civil servant in the public sector and I have a verified and pinless AdSense account. My website generates some ad revenue, but I set the payment threshold intentionally at 10,000 TL. If I reach that amount in the future, I plan to set up a sole proprietorship through an acquaintance and transfer the account to receive payment. No money has been transferred to my account yet. Would this situation cause any issues in the future, or is it not a problem as long as there is no money transfer? I would appreciate it if friends with knowledge could share their insights.
