Using the actual graphics card of the computer in VMware virtual machine

Hello everyone. I have installed Windows 8.1 inside Windows 11 using VMware. Since it's a company computer, I can't install a cracked video editing program, so I'm trying to do my work through a virtual machine. VMware Tools were automatically installed in the virtual machine, but I would like to use the computer's own graphics card for faster rendering. If anyone has knowledge about this, I would appreciate your help.
