The CPU is being used in the system with i5 10200H - GTX 1650 Ti, even though OBS is not broadcasting.

I am trying to stream on OBS, and I noticed that it consumes around 5-10% of CPU even when I haven't started the stream. Does anyone know the reason for this?
Graphics Card: GTX 1650 Ti
Processor: i5 10200H
RAM: 16 GB
