I am looking to improve the speed of my PHP-based website. Currently, my Pagespeed scores range between 48-55. So far, I have:

• Minified CSS and JS files
• Reduced the size of homepage images and published them in webp format
• Connected my site to Cloudflare

However, these measures haven't been effective. I need an expert in site speed optimization.
