Preventing VirtualBox from connecting to the internet on the computer

I disabled file sharing in VirtualBox, but I think I also need to disable network sharing as a security measure (I did these to prevent viruses on my computer). How can I disable network sharing? My operating system in VirtualBox is "Windows 10.
