How does switching to a new domain and keeping the old backup affect SEO in your opinion? (From Google's perspective)

Hello, I have a backup of a blog from 1.5 years ago where the content has been removed from search engines. If I use this backup with a different domain, what do you think the originality level would be? Will Google see the articles as duplicate content?
