Does Using Images Found on Canva Infringe Copyright?

I saw on some webmaster groups on Facebook that a site called TelifPort sent warning emails to a few individuals. One person received a notice of copyright infringement from TelifPort for using images on a platform other than Canva. Will using Canva's images also lead to such issues? I want to add one of the image varieties on my site as an example, which I have edited on Canva with separate backgrounds and components. The images were not pre-made like this on Canva, so could this still lead to a copyright violation?
