Adding data correctly to phpMyAdmin as text

Hello everyone after a long time, My request is to place the data with the specification of xxxxxxx:zzzzzzz in the tables located in php. How can I do this? As an example, I want to split the data entered as txt into email and password, automatically define an id, and would greatly appreciate any paid or free assistance available.
